  • Are you a real estate agent and are there fees or commissions involved?
  • No, we are not licensed agents or brokers. We are real estate investors and we buy and sell properties on our own behalf. In any transaction, we represent ourselves and you represent yourself.   • You can’t through conventional lenders, but you can with our help. We can setup owner financing or by creating Rent-to-Own situations to help improve your credit over time. We also work with mortgage brokers who may be able to arrange a loan for you. This Program is limited by State Law.
  • How much down payment do I need?
